Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original shipping box, ensuring all components and protective packaging are included to prevent damage.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
